Sell By Lead GmbH is an online marketing agency specializing in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation, email and push marketing, display advertisement, and more. We have our own affiliate networks and purchase our media in-house. Our team consists of individuals who possess expertise in their respective fields and are excited to welcome new colleagues to further expand our agency.

Your tasks:

As a member of our media buying team, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of partners. This involves planning and negotiating campaigns, as well as monitoring their performance by using our in-house campaign management system. Additionally, you'll handle payments and ensure the timely delivery of partner requirements.

Furthermore, you'll provide creative input for the development of banners and landing page designs, leveraging insights from data analysis and market performance.

Building and nurturing relationships with business partners will be essential. You'll negotiate deals and collaborate on solutions to meet your targets effectively.

You are good at:

Professional experience in performance marketing by monetizing cpm / cpc / cpl campaigns is desirable
Ability to influence and negotiate partner deals in a respectful manner
Competence handling of the MS Office programs
An organized working style and hands on mentality for managing a wide range of topics simultaneously
Motivated and curious to explore and develop in an experienced team using state of the art technology
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Russian is a plus.
Enjoy travelling to trade shows in Europe, Asia and USA
