Your Responsibilities

Manage partner portfolio: You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of media partners, maintaining and expanding long-term relationships.

Campaign planning & execution: You will plan and negotiate digital campaigns, manage their implementation, and analyze performance using our internal campaign management system.

Payments & deadlines: You’ll handle payment coordination and ensure that all partner agreements are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Creative collaboration: You’ll contribute ideas for banners and landing pages based on data insights, A/B tests, and market trends in close collaboration with our design team.

Relationship building: You’ll be the first point of contact for your partners and actively contribute to long-term collaboration and mutual success.
What You Bring

Initial experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on CPM / CPC / CPL campaigns

Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate deals in a respectful and persuasive manner

A structured and organized work style with a proactive, hands-on mindset

Motivation and curiosity to grow within an experienced team and stay ahead with modern technology

Fluent English skills (spoken and written); Russian is a plus

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Enjoy travelling to trade shows in Europe, Asia and USA
