Your responsibilities

  • Actively promote our SBL portfolio: Identify new market opportunities and present our digital solutions to potential clients in the DACH region.

  • New customer acquisition & sales success: Build and manage your own client base – from initial outreach and proposal to successful contract closure.

  • Strategic client relationship management: Grow and strengthen existing client relationships, identify cross- and upselling opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Key interface to the operations team: Work closely with our performance and email marketing teams to efficiently implement and further develop customized client campaigns.

  • Sales reporting & forecasting: Keep a clear record of your sales activities, create reliable forecasts, and report regularly to management.

  • Product development with a sales focus: Use your market insights and client feedback to help shape and improve our digital products and services.

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in digital sales, ideally in an agency or media environment

  • Strong knowledge of online marketing, especially in email marketing and performance campaigns

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • A structured, results-driven approach to your work

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

  • Passion for innovative digital products and their successful marketing

  • Proficiency in common office applications
