Your responsibilities

Actively market the SBL portfolio in the Turkish market
Acquire and close deals with agency and advertising clients in Turkey
Independently conduct contract negotiations and bring them to a successful conclusion
Build and maintain long-term, trusting client relationships
Work closely with our operations team to implement performance marketing campaigns
Regularly plan and report sales activities and forecasts
Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital products for the Turkish market

What you bring

Several years of experience in online marketing, preferably with a focus on the Turkish market
Proven success in customer acquisition, retention, and building strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and data-driven strategies
Confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills at decision-maker level
Structured, strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and networking skills, as well as high self-motivation
Fluent in Turkish and English, good German skills are an advantage
Proficient in common office applications and experience with CRM tools
